are all your products hypoallergenic?

yes! all hardware is hypoallergenic metal and will be stainless steel, sterling silver, or gold-plated.

what payment methods do you accept?

i accept credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay payments. you will be given the option to select your preferred payment method in checkout.

what is your processing time?

most pieces are made to order. items will be packed and shipped within 7-10 days of your order date.

please keep in mind that USPS has been experiencing delays this year due to COVID-19. 

do you ship internationally (outside the United States)?

yes! international shipping is currently available and ranges from $13-18 depending on country. exact shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. 

US territories (puerto rico, guam, virgin islands, etc.) are $5 (the US domestic rate)!

what is your return policy?

all sales are final and i don't accept returns or exchanges. in the event that a piece is damaged in transit, i am happy to send you a replacement for free or refund the cost.
